Lykens Liberty Hose Company #2
Thank You - We had a great time!!!

Lykens Fire Company volunteers do their part to raise funds, fight fires, protect your property, and risk their lives to save yours.... and don't get paid... they are giving, community minded men and women who serve the community.

Even though volunteer firefighters do not live and work in a firehouse like career firefighters, they carry out the same kinds of emergency response duties and non-emergency tasks.

Emergency firefighting duties are both challenging and physical. In emergency situations, volunteer firefighters should expect to extinguish and prevent fires as well as administer first aid.
Below are some of the unselfish volunteers who donate their time and energy as volunteer fire fighters AND those community volunteers dedicating their time working at the carnival.  When you see them anywhere...just say,
"Thanks for what you do."

Nice to meet you Jeff...
